rooms are good-sized with mountain view, tv and rain shower, food is great.

a lovely room that was very quiet with a luxurious bathroom area, and I was just a few steps from caldea and the bustling shopping street, making my city explorations easy.

The excellent cleanliness, the furniture and decoration in general all very new, you can tell that it is either new or has been recently reformed. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent insulation of the rooms, no noise was heard, we slept like babies. Even though the rooms are small, the spaces are very well used. There is also a large screen TV of high quality. The WIFI works perfectly.. Very good location of the hotel, a few meters from the commercial area of Escaldes, a few meters also from Caldea and with easy exit to the main road to access the ski slopes. Very nice and professional staff.

indiscriminate use of heating, makes the hotel in general to be at an excessive temperature. It is advisable that the difference in temperature between the outside and inside is not more than 10ºC and in this case it is far exceeded.

Location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only travelled though Andorra before and was pleasantly surprised by the town itself.

Our accommodation was next to the lift (401), do not stay in this room. Room itself was OK, a little dated but very clean. It was just the lift was very noisy, particularly at 06:00 in the morning!!

The breakfast spread was delicious with fresh salmon and so many pastries 😍 I loved how clean and comfy my room was. Just a heads up, parking is a bit pricey at 18 euros a day!

Marvellous and fantastic location in a shopping area, just off ample restaurants, the shopping area and the Caldea Spa and also plenty of shops and bars. Nearby La Taverna d'excalibur - great place to chill out.

Excellent offer when travelling with one or two teen agers! This is the best offer we have found

Rooms are quite old fashionned. Toilets within bathroom. Would be better to have toilets outside bathroom when sharing rooms with 3 or 4 people.

A comforting stay in Andorra

The breakfast spread was wonderfully diverse, with fresh produce, delicious pastries, and even eggs made to order. The staff's warm smiles immediately.

The shower design made it a bit challenging to use without flooding the bathroom. Investing in a better shower curtain would enhance the experience.

The double room was luxurious, it included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was luxury. Location: the hotel was near the main shopping area as well as ample restaurants and shops.

I think the place is nice.

i must comment on its central location - it was marvellous. the employees are affable and particularly helpful.

The luxurious bathroom featured a waterfall shower.

The constant banging sounds from the fire exit during the day were disruptive, starting as early as 6 am.

The evening meal : dining room staff were excellent. Very interesting menu - super food preparation and outstanding service.

The front desk staff need basic training in client services.
